They uplifted her spirits, for she had been worried about his thoughts on parenthood for some time now. She appreciated his honesty and could relate to his need for a family. Hers had been taken from her so long ago. She had almost forgotten what it was like to have a family to take care of.
[glow=blue,2,300]You cannot even begin to imagine how happy you have made me! I was so afraid to ask for fear that you did not care to have a family. I'm very glad that I did finally ask you though, for I have been longing for one since we parted in the spring.[/glow]
As she spoke, a delighted smile lit up her regal features like the first rays of a glorious sunrise. Color filled her cheeks in a flattering fashion as ideas and names for their children popped into her head. There was no denying that she was absolutely blissful at this moment. Even if there were any doubt, the ring gave it away with a brilliantly rosy glow that transferred to Thalldyn's amulet. Flinging her arms around his shoulders with an ecstatic cry of joy, she leaned in to whisper in his ear.

Thalldyn waited patiently as she absorbed his words, enjoying the display of emotions on her guileless face. Knowing that she had the political training to hide them only made her openness even more attractive for him. Listening to her earnestly spoken admittance he was surprised she had worried about talking with him, but he supposed so many months apart could not have helped the occasional doubt.
Watching her positively glow with pleasure Thalldyn chuckled, catching her up as she clung to him. Between their bodies, his amulet took their emotions and flung them back repeatedly. Energy flowing through his veins and to some extent to Alluvia as it pulsed with increasingly deep tones of rose pink through red.
Wrapping his arms more tightly around her petite frame Thalldyn bent his head and brushed his lips over her fragrant hair, "Never fear to ask me anything dear one. I too am glad you asked, recently my mind has returned frequently to the same subject." He felt Alluvia stretch up to whisper to him; obligingly he tilted his head to receive them. Her whispered words caused the breath to catch in his throat, his heart filling with joy at the complete conviction in her tone. He pulled back and gazed at her, completely enthralled. Finally, Thalldyn lowered his head and kissed her, his hands kneading gently at her back as he deepened the intimate embrace journey completely forgotten for the moment. |

Alluvia lingered in his embrace for a few long moments, basking in the rapturous glow of their future. Before long, though, she pulled away, remembering their important task at hand. After squeezing his arm gently, she began to walk again, this time with a more lighthearted bounce to her step. Turning to gaze lovingly back at him, she beckoned him forward with her.
[glow=blue,2,300]It is time, my love. We cannot linger here any longer. Let us gather these clothes that you mentioned and begin on our adventure together. Where did you want to visit first? Perhaps the elves at Heavenly Glow? Or mayhap the Wandering Lands?[/glow] |

Thalldyn let her take a few steps ahead of him, grinning as she turned back to look at him. Immediately he trotted to her side, considering her words with gravity. "Let us start with the Elves, they are the only race still ensconced in these lands; they might have some leads for us. It is a credit to their skill and secrecy that they have avoided the humans so thoroughly." Thalldyn looked ahead at the faint game trail they were about to follow and nodded, "Yes, I believe to Heavenly Glow first. From there..." he trailed off and looked at Alluvia with a confident quirk of his eyebrow, optimistically telling himself that it would lead them to more of their kind. Recognizing the raised brow, she grinned shyly back at him. She knew exactly of what he spoke, and it was for that same reason that she was so eager to begin on their journey. Once Thalldyn had caught up with her, she kicked up her heels and broke into a collected canter, giggling as she gaily called back to him.
