Epona tilted her head up as his lips brushed hers. It felt right to her. For once in her life, the pieces seemed to fit together perfectly. She no longer wanted to live her life alone. She hoped that Apolloan felt the same way, but for now, just courting him was enough.

Apolloan pulled away, looking into her eyes silently. He never wanted to be alone again, and as long as she felt the same, it could be so. But he had never even had a friend, so he had no idea what he was supposed to do if he knew someone as more. "Now what?" he asked gently.

We've been attacked by elves, we've fallen in love, we've healed physical wounds, some danger must be lurking around a corner somewhere right?" he asked jokingly, and when he saw the sadness in her eyes he brushed some hair out of her face and kissed her forehead, "You are my world now." he said quietly his eyes narrowed in compassion.
