Hideout del Diavolo

~Italian for "The Devil's Hideout"~ A constant ethereal glow imbues the rocky ground. Situated in what was once a giant active volcano the atmosphere is warm, almost hot all year round. The charred remains of trees spear the sky, their skeletal forms black against the light. Everything on this land is charred and smells like burnt skin and hair. And at the dead of midnight the sound of shrieks and the crackling of fire accompanied with the loud crack of burning bone whisper eerily upon the wind.
